Engaje Business - Appointments
Appointments are opportunities to meet your prospects face to face and get a better understanding of their needs.
Engaje exactly know the importance of appointment fixing for professional and services related businesses and that is why we have added the feature to your dashboard where you can set up a system for your customers to book appointments.
To be able to setup appointments, login to your dashboard >> Activities>> Add Activity
Once you are logged in to your web app you will be able to view the number of Appointments scheduled for the day this can also be filtered/sorted by day, week and month according to your convenience.
Adding a New Appointment :
In order to be able to add manage your appointments click on the Activities menu on the left side of your screen. On the Bookings page you will be able to view the list of services and the appointments you have setup for your business.
In order to add a new booking/appointment for one of the services you offer click on + at the top right of you screen next to the buttons Category and Discounts . ( You can add categories and discounts to your appointments from here )
On clicking the + you will be able to add your new bookings to the any new service you have added.
Please ensure that you fill all the fields in this form (For Eg: if you plan on giving free appointments add 0 to the price field)
