Engaje Business - How to link Facebook Profile to My Business
Social links are made available on the Engaje platform for you to be able to add links that can be shared with your customers to make the navigation process much easier where they can easily be able to place orders, book appointments etc.
To be able to do so login to your Engage Business APP and once you're logged navigate to Account Settings on clicking the Avatar Icon on the top right of your screen
On clicking the Add button on the orange box which contains your basic information you will be able to select the social links you want to add from the dropdown menu. ( If you have any other social link other than the default ones listed in the drop down select Other to add them)
On adding the social links you will notice them being populated in the orange box.
Social media is the great opportunity to build a strong relationship between business and your customers and community with just a tap on the icon. Thus, if you run a business, the only way it will prove useful to you is to inform people about your social media accounts. And your Engaje app is the very first place where social media icons can be displayed.
